Home Page: Start here to see featured properties and get an overview of what we offer.
Available Rooms Page: This is where you can see all our current listings. You can use the search bar and filters to narrow down your options based on price and other criteria.
Property Details: Click on any property to see a detailed view. This includes a photo gallery, a list of amenities, room-specific details, and the location on a map.

Found a place you like? Applying is easy and transparent.

Click "Apply Now": On the property details page, click the "Apply Now" button to start your application.
Fill Out the Form: The application form will ask for:
- Your personal contact information.
- Employment and income details. We approve based on verified income, not credit scores.
- References we can contact.
- Emergency contact information.
Upload Documents: You will be asked to upload proof of income (like recent pay stubs) and a form of identification. Our system handles files securely.
Submit: Once you've filled everything out, review your information and submit the application.

Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation that your application has been received.
Review Process: Our team will review your application, verify your income, and contact your references. We may reach out to you if we have any questions.
Decision: We will notify you of our decision as soon as the review is complete.
